2, Can I watch videos on my radio?

Yeah, built-in Youtube Netflix Disney+ and Hulu steaming apps, just connect to phone’s hotspot or car wifi to get network, then you can watch online videos from the above apps. You can also download other apps like Tiktok, HBO MAX from Google Play Store and use them on your car screen(Note: MirrorLink/AirPlay function is unavailable on the device).

3, I have a Android phone, can I use wireless android auto?

Support wired/wireless android auto, but please make sure your Android phone support wireless Android Auto, not all Android phones support wireless Android Auto

4, Can I use other apps with wireless CarPlay&Android Auto keep connected?

No, it doesn’t support that, because the CarPlay adapter’s wifi will turn off automatically when wireless CarPlay&Android Auto connected. When you turn on the adapter’s wifi, wireless CarPlay&Android Auto will also disconnect automatically.

5, Can I download APPs?

Yeah, the CarPlay Ai Box support download apps from Google Play Store.

6, Does it support 4G LTE?

No, the AI Box doesn’t support SIM card 4G cellular network, but you can share your phone’s hotspot or car wifi to it for the network connection.

Two Ways to Watch Video

Method 1: Play Online Videos from Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Hulu apps

Connect CarPlay ai box to the car, and then turn ON your phone’s personal hotspot.Turn ON on the box’s WiFi on Settings, find your phone’s hotspot, and enter the password to complete the network connection.After connected, you can enjoy online video or movie from YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and Disney apps.

Method 2: Play Offline Videos from the U disk (Maximum 64 GB)

Download the Videos or Musics to your U disk.Insert your USB flash drive into the USB port of CarPlay adapter.Click Video or Music on the box’s main menu interface to play.

Only very a few apps that doesn’t support download or update online from Google Play store because of authorization restriction, but we can install them via USB disk. What You May Ask After You Bought

1, Why can’t I connect WiFi?

If you input the correct password but can’t connect, you can use the fixed password, in Settings-Personal settings-WIFI Fixed Password-ON, then set phone hotspot’s password to 12345678.

2, Why CarPlay/Android Auto keeps disconnecting every time car is off?

Check if your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are ON, Hotspot must turn OFF! Better delete the paired car bluetooth and wifi on your phone to avoid interference.

3, It doesn’t load Youtube/Netfilx, also other apps doesn’t work.

Please connect network for our CarPlay AI Box, connect to your phone’s hotspot or car wifi hotspot.

4, Why can’t I use wireless CarPlay/Android Auto and watch streaming apps at the same time?

When you are using wireless CP/AA, the AI Box’s wifi will turn off automatically, so no network for streaming apps.

5, What should I do if CarPlay/Android Auto keeps disconnecting?

1) Make sure your phone’s WiFi and Bluetooth are ON, Hotspot must be OFF( It is very important condition!!!). 2) If not work, unplug and plug again and reboot your phone.

6, When I open the streaming apps like YouTube, Disney+, why it says the current version is not availabe and asking for a new update?

It is because all our video apps are preloaded, if the video apps doesn’t support the version, just need login your google account and update to latest version online, it will back to work right away! Note: If the app can’t be updated or downloaded from Google play, please send email to get apk file to install the apps via USB disk.

7, How to use the HDMI output for headrest monitor?

1) Make sure the headrest monitor support HDMI input 2) Connect our CarPlay ai box to the monitor by a HDMI cable (not included), it will enter HDMI mode automatically, turn ON the “HDMI sound output” in “Personal settings”.
