Furthermore, the HDMI input and loopout can support up to 4K2K@120Hz. Users can connect to 4K2K@120Hz source and capture Ultra HD(4K2K@30Hz) video with this capture device. MSQ-1000CP can capture and display original, uncompressed HDMI video with more realistic color rendition. MSQ-1000CP also uses large volume image buffer technology to effectively prevent video tearing. The high sampling rate and high sampling accuracy assure images with high sharpness, rich details, and less color edges. With HDR10 to SDR conversion feature, PS5/Xbox gamers can enjoy 4K2K@120Hz HDR games on 4K TV and record the real-time 4K2K@30Hz/1080P@120Hz video streams with SDR quality through USB 3.0 at the same time.

MSQ-1000CP Capture Box supports up to 4K@120Hz passthrough and makes your video smooth to record/stream up to 4K@30Hz video to your external PC or laptop via USB 3.1 Gen Type-C.

Question #1: Could I use USB 2.0 cable and captuing video at 4K30Hz?

A: No, please use the USB 3.0 cable in the package for capturing video up to 4K30Hz. USB 2.0 cable can only capturing up to 1080p.

Question #2: Does the capture box has its software?

A: No, please operate it with the 3rd party software. It is certified to use with OBS Studio or others.

Question #3: What causes lagging in my recorded videos?

A: Please check your PC/NB if they have sufficient memory to run. It will cause lagging when you are recording or streaming.
