Question #1: Could I use USB 2.0 cable and captuing video at 4K60Hz?

A: No, USB 2.0 cable can only capturing up to 1080p. Please use the USB 3.0 cable in the package for capturing video up to 4K60Hz.

Question #2: What causes lagging in my recorded videos?

A: Please check your PC/NB if they have sufficient memory to run. It will cause lagging when you are recording or streaming.

Question #3: Does this capture has its software?

A: No, please operate it with the 3rd party software. It is certified to use with OBS Studio or others.

Question #4: Can I use Mac as my source?

A: When it comes to Apple products, like Mac, they typically implement HDCP protection mechanisms, which can affect the functionality of HDMI capture and result in no video output. Due to this reason, we generally don’t recommend using Apple products. However, if you are sure that your Apple product won’t encounter HDCP issue, it is welcome to use it with our capture box.
