1. Please reset the controller if the controller doesn’t get charged. 2. You could play games on Windows PC via USB cable. When connected to PC, if the Steam App is running, the controller will work in D-Input mode and show “Pro Controller”. If no Steam App is running, it will work in X-Input mode and show “Xbox 360 controller for windows. If you are playing Non-steam games and find the buttons get reversed between A/B and X/Y, pls close Steam and reconnect the controller. 3. If you find the button delay when use Switch controller, please reset it and restart the Switch. 4. If you cannot connect the controller with your Switch, please reset the controller first and go to Switch “Setting”–“Controllers and Sensors”–“Disconnect Controllers” to clear the historical connections for Switch, then restart the game console. Then try to pair again. Sometimes wireless connection is failed because your Switch host stores too much cache or AFTER A SOFTWARE’S UPDATE FOR YOUR SWITCH.
