Soulslike fans have had their eye on Wuchang: Fallen Feathers for a while now, with the upcoming action RPG looking promising with its last gameplay showing. Due out later this year, it’s received another trailer, and though it doesn’t show any gameplay, it does shed more light on its setting and story.
The lore trailer functions essentially as an animated short, revealing new details about its setting. Occurring in the land of Shu, its story will revolve around the fallout of an ancient battle between the Avians. While some embraced humanity, others split off for the sake of immortality, becoming twisted and demonic.
Following the war’s conclusion, old and powerful relics now lie scattered in the world. Check out the trailer below for more details.
